RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and support channels in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist customers with sizing guidance, styling advice, and product details

  • Provide accurate information about orders, shipping, and delivery timelines

  • Handle return and refund requests according to company policy

  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive brand tone

  • Monitor order issues such as delays, lost packages, or incorrect items and follow up proactively

  • Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions

  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve processes

  • Contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer journey


REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written communication skills in English

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, solution-oriented mindset

  • Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce support is preferred
