RETURN ELIGIBILITY

All original tags and labels must remain attached.

Items may be tried on for fit, but may not be worn.

Items ordered intentionally in multiple sizes with the intent to partially return are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
RETURN COSTS

Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer.

This includes any international shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot process refunds for items that are not received.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:

You will receive detailed return instructions and the designated return address.

Ship the item back at your own expense using a trackable shipping method.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

ORDER ACCURACY & ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
